1.Innovative & Creative Circle (ICC) 

ICC: Innovative and creative group (ICC) is a formation of a group of worker who sit together to investigate, analyse, and find the way to solve the problems regarding their work using ICC tools and problem solving process. From the process of ICC, every single worker gets a change to contribute ideas and opinions to their group as well as their organisation

2.Productivity Linked Wage Systems (PLWS)

Sistem Upah Yang Dikaitkan dengan Produktivti (PLWS)  merupakan satu sistem yang mewujudkan hubungan yang lebih rapat di antara upah dan produktiviti atau prestasi pekerja atau syarikat . Ianya dapat memastikan sebarang kenaikan upah selaras dengan peningkatan produktiviti atau prestasi yang lebih tinggi. Sistem ini juga membolehkan pekerja-pekerja mendapat bahagian atau upah yang adil hasil daripada peningkatan produktiviti dan prestasi mereka.
